Reclaim Aging. Challenge the Way We Think About Getting Older.
Getting older isn't something we should be ashamed of, apologize for, or desperately try to hide.
This workshop is an honest, empowering conversation about aging, identity, confidence, purpose, and the assumptions we make about growing older.
We'll challenge the idea that your best years are behind you simply because you've gotten older — and explore how to approach aging with more confidence, curiosity, and intention.
What we'll discuss:
- Why society teaches us to fear getting older
- Ageism and how it affects the way we see ourselves
- Confidence at every stage of life
- Redefining what “success” looks like as we age
- Dating, relationships, and connection later in life
- Finding purpose and staying curious
- The importance of friendships and community
- How to stop letting age define what you can or cannot do
- What actually changes as we get older — and what doesn't
- How to embrace the wisdom, freedom, and perspective that can come with age
What to expect:
- 90-minute interactive workshop
- Honest conversation
- Thought-provoking exercises
- Group discussion
- Questions & personal reflection
- A welcoming, judgment-free environment
- Limited to 10 participants
